Frances’s Baby Quilt–Welcome Frances Party

My wonderful granddaughter, Frances, is almost 7 weeks old. I visited her for the second time this past weekend and delivered her baby quilt that I made. When I am with Frances I am so happy. Here is a photo of her new quilt.

Frances is 5 days old today. I won’t be posting any photos of her per my son’s wishes but as you may imagine–she is very beautiful, smart, and according to Dan, has a great sense of humor.

The happiness I feel from all the warm wishes from friends and relatives was unimaginable before Frances.

Call me Nana

I am so happy to say that I became a grandmother on 12 August 2015. I have been waiting for my son to announce the happy event and he just posted it on his Facebook page today. A beautiful baby girl has been added to our family. I cannot wait to meet her. All my love to my son and his beautiful family. I have been on cloud 9 since I got the news.
