I’ll be doing some celebrating this weekend. Tomorrow night my neighbor is having a 60th Birthday party for her husband who actually turns 60 today. And . . . . he’s Irish American. I’m making some Irish soda bread to bring to add to the corned beef feast that his wife is preparing. She invited about 100 people and NO ONE declined. It’s at a local Elks Hall here in Boston.
On Sunday, my son is coming over for our traditional annual corned beef dinner. I’m looking forward to all the festivities. There is going to be a lot of good food and drink.
