Today I made oatmeal raisin cookies, one of my specialties, from my new Flour cookbook. The pictures speak for themselves. I thought I had found the perfect recipe in The Silver Palate Cookbook that I got at Christmas 1991 but the results from Flour’s recipe are superior.
I’m gonna try the peanut butter cookies next. I can’t wait.
There’s just no substitute for butter and sugar . . . . . . and lots of it.
